As a Christmas present to anyone who is still reading my blog, Apprehension.

This is a very short single chapter story that follows Black Wing, my Denethor Lives AU story. This one is almost happy.

In other news, I finally have my act more or less together and will begin posting new stories this coming January. It will be a return to the Shire and will start with a slow rollout of previously published stories while I work on the revisions of the newer works.

Denethor completes his first year of rule, and is angry that everyone still longs for Thorongil.  Especially himself.

Ch. 77 – Suffice

Denethor POV – 1 of 2

In which Denethor cannot allow himself to question whether it will be enough, nor to consider what is missing.

Faramir joins the family and, for a very brief moment, everything seems to be moving in the right direction.

This chapter takes place over almost a year’s time span, from Faramir’s birth in early July 2983 through late May, 2984. I also toss in a little climate change commentary.
